La Tour

La Tour is a 26-floor boutique residential tower in Mid Beach, with a mere 67 residences, providing residents an intimate connection to the ocean at their doorstep. La tour has many of the amenities and services of a significantly larger building, including a tennis court, an oceanfront pool, an attended front desk, and a fitness center with men’s and women’s saunas. The building also offers a meeting room, individual storage lockers, and of course, direct beach access.

Designed by Fullerton Diaz Revuelta, developed by Gimel Properties and AV Partners, La Tour offers large units with spacious and deep balconies, and 9-foot ceilings. With only three residences per floor, La Tour never feels too public or too busy. It’s also not too well-known, and residents like it that way, because La Tour is an unspoiled hidden oasis.

La Tour is steps from the Soho House Miami Beach, which feels every bit as private as La Tour. Although most of the house is a private club, its restaurant, Cecconi’s welcomes everyone, and is great for a happy hour, romantic dinner, or decadent sunday brunch. Or wander further up the beach walk and discover what the nearby Fontainebleau Hotel, Miami Beach’s most iconic hotel, has to offer.
